After practicing yoga for over five years and taking prenatal yoga during my first pregnancy, it made sense that after 3 months of trying to conceive our second child that I should try Fertility Yoga.  The fertility yoga class, like all yoga classes, are time away just for me!  It gives me a chance to re-connect my body and mind.  I am confident that taking the class helped us to conceive this month!  I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to conceive, whether they have tried for several months or are just starting out!" ~ Anita Zook

The fertility yoga was a tremendous help and allowed us to conceive shortly after we took classes from you. - Kari M.

Fertility Yoga

couples are encouraged to attend together
If you have the goal to become pregnant, then this restorative class that includes yoga, pranayama & meditation will help balance mind, body and spirit on your journey to try to conceive. Fertility yoga follows the basic principles of yoga but combines them with specific postures designed to aid the reproductive organs, which can increase your chances of pregnancy. Classes focus on providing stress relief and relaxation in order to balance the body's hormones and emotions in an effort to make the body more conducive to conception. Fertility yoga is also a quiet time to rejuvenate, refresh and give to yourself regardless of the outcome of your efforts to get pregnant. Learn to love your body right now, feel empowered, alive and fertile.Partners are also encouraged to attend in order to spend time connecting and communicating, both verbally and non-verbally, as they learn to relax and focus on their inner selves as a couple outside of the emotional stress of trying to conceive.
