Parents of young children often strive to be their best self and parent differently than they were parented. We often read books, listen to podcasts, talk to friends, and take classes. Yet, we often fall into old patterns and traps when we get triggered and find ourselves exhibiting behaviors we don't tell our friends about! Join Child/Family therapist and Parent Coach, Francine Ronis, to discuss the ground breaking book by child psychiatrist Dan Siegel and Early Childhood Expert Mary Hartzell, Parenting From The Inside Out and dive deep into where you get triggered and act in ways you would rather not. Find out how to be present and work with your triggers to be more of the parent you were meant to be. Group will meet for 3 Mondays November 2, 9, and 16 at 10am or 8 pm, reading 2 chapters at a time. Book group is offered on a donation basis.
