"Just completed my second training with CLY. Both the yoga & mindfulness for children and the babies and toddlers courses were excellent. As a pediatric physical therapist, I really appreciate courses with lots of practical tips, activities, and instructor expertise. Our trainer covered all the material and then some. The manuals are also an excellent resource. Definitely will be taking more Childlight trainings in the future! - Christine L.
"I am not a Yoga Student nor have I ever taken Yoga. I was introduced to the idea of teaching Yoga to the littles at an Early Childhood Conference in San Diego, California. I Googled 'Baby Yoga Certification' and Childlight Yoga came up. I read the description of what was offered in the trainings and looked at other options. I kept coming back to this site. It spoke to me as an Early Childhood Educator. To make a long story a little shorter I decided to take this training which was offered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. So I traveled all the way to Bethlehem and was not disappointed! The training was well worth it! The instructor Megan Morris was very welcoming and in the training I was never made to feel bad because I did not know much about Yoga. Megan was VERY knowledgeable and a calming influence to me....not only did I feel confident about going home and teaching Baby Yoga, I gained new knowledge about what it means to be still and relax in this hectic world.....I would recommend this and any training offered by Childlight Yoga to anyone! I can't believe how fast the 18 hours went by!!!! " ~ Lia B.
