This four session weekly workshop is designed to address the foundations of postpartum recovery that every mother should know and provide an introduction to common infant development questions and concerns.  In addition to gaining valuable information that will help you recover optimally and facilitate bonding with your baby, this group will serve as a safe, judgement-free space where you will be able to build relationships with other women who understand your challenges. This workshop is designed to best fit the needs of expectant mamas and mamas with babies under the age of 4 months, but anyone interested in these topics is welcome! Babies in arms are encouraged to attend. Topics to be discussed include:

Postpartum recovery
Pelvic floor disorders and proper alignment
Maternal mood disorders
Relaxation and coping strategies
Nutrition for healing
“The 4th trimester” and bonding
Sleep
Playing with your newborn
Promoting optimal infant development

Cost: $125

Minimum:  3 registrations
Maximum:  10 registrations
