Get some me time for postpartum moms looking to reconnect with their body after pregnancy. Poses will focus on regaining core strength and alignment as well as alleviating common aches and pains that occur as the full-time caregiver of a newborn. Open to Moms of any age that are looking for an energizing, yet relaxing yoga class without baby.
