You know that you want to be an effective step-parent but how exactly does that work? Join author and coach Ellen Kellner as you explore the possibilities that can lead you towards a positive and rewarding relationship in this role of a step-parent. Topics to be covered include your role to your step-child, your step-child's other parent, and your spouse. There really is an answer to this age old situation, and while it isn't the Cinderella model, "happily ever after" is possible.
