ICAN Chapter meetings are open to the public and are held at a local level so that all women can have access to the resources and support of the ICAN organization. ICAN of Harrisburg is the local chapter of the International Cesarean Awareness Network, a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve maternal-child health by preventing unnecessary cesareans through education, providing support for cesarean recovery, and promoting VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean).
