Family Yoga

(15% discount for siblings)
for families with children ages 5 - 10 years

This Family Yoga class provides special time for families to explore yoga together and share in positive ways. We use yoga poses, movement, games, breath work and relaxation exercises to make the class fun, creative and non-competitive. Mothers, fathers, grandparents, sisters &/or brothers practice yoga together in this interactive yoga class. Build poses as a family enjoy fun yoga games, laughter, challenge, calm and build bonds that will last a lifetime!
Minimum: 4 registrations
Maximum: 8 registrations
Registration Deadline: Drop-ins welcome
