Topics to be covered:

Relax and ease tension in one another through basic Swedish massage

Reflexology

Pressure point release

tension tamers with aromatherapy

Headache relief

lower back pain release

Energetic clearing

Pregnancy massage will also be addressed for expectant couples

Basic centering techniques to use prior to gifting massage
Minimum: 4 couples
Maximum: 8 couples
Registration Deadline: Pre-paid registration required 1 week prior to the class.
