Om Baby honors and respects the journey of pregnancy and new motherhood. With that in mind, we have created policies that offer flexibility while maintaining the integrity and intention of our program and professional services. We appreciate your understanding and observance of our guidelines and policies and look forward to serving you. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For regular classes:
You may put your registration on hold for any amount of time, or you may sell or transfer your membership to someone else, or receive a credit on your account to use for another class or workshop.  No refunds will be given.

For workshops:
You will be issued a studio credit to use for another class or workshop.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the start of the workshop, or if you do not show up, or if you have to leave early, there is no credit or refund available.

If Om Baby must cancel a workshop due to low attendance, you will be refunded the full cost of the workshop. Registrations through PayPal incur a non-refundable service fee.

SNOW POLICY
Art 4 Kids Classes - Classes will be cancelled if the West Shore School District is closed.     

Regular Classes and Workshops - Call if you are unsure whether the class will be held.

MAKE UP CLASSES
Missed prenatal yoga classes may be made up in any other prenatal class offered during your 8 week session. Missed classes will not be carried over.  Missed Mommy & Me classes do not have the option to make up a missed class.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Special circumstances such as bed rest & premature labor will be given special consideration. Please notify us immediately and remaining classes will be transferred to Mommy & Me Yoga or another workshop or service.
